Yuzu Green Tea, loose leaf
Bring fresh water to a boil. Once boiling, pour water into a cup. Let it cool to around 70–80°C. Avoid adding your tea bag directly to boiling water, as it can make the tea bitter. Place one tea bag in your cup and pour over the hot water. Steep for 1–2 minutes depending on your preferred strength. Allow the bright citrus notes of yuzu to open as the tea steeps. Remove the tea bag and enjoy as is, or adjust steeping time for a lighter or stronger flavor. Enjoy!
